Thank you Robin for inviting me to your website. Your dolls are amazing, I always admired the artistry of the old woodens. I collect antique dolls and also love history and the arts, so my blog is a combination of both, and I have tried to feature dolls through out the ages with a summary of what was going on in the world around the times they were created.
ReplyDeleteI collect 18th century and early 20th dolls and try to collect as much as I can afford. Papier mache, and chinas are the ones I tend to gravitate to. Old Woodens are such rarities and of course priceless if you can find them. I'll keep watching your website for more beautaiful examples.
